Halloween at the Firehouse
Celebrate Halloween with your local volunteer firefighters! Join BVFD at the firehouse for a family-friendly community Halloween event — meet the crew, see the fire trucks up close, and enjoy a safe place to trick-or-treat. Costumes welcome for all ages. Watch our Facebook page for the finalized schedule as the day approaches.
Annual Christmas Parade
A beloved Bumpass tradition! The Bumpass Volunteer Fire Department hosts its annual community Christmas Parade, bringing neighbors together for the holidays with decorated fire apparatus, lights, and holiday cheer across the Bumpass / Lake Anna area. The parade route and start time will be announced on our Facebook page closer to the date.
CPR & AED Class
Free hands-on CPR and AED training taught by BVFD-certified instructors, open to community members. No prior experience required. Space is limited — to register, use our Contact page and a department member will follow up to confirm your spot.

Monthly Business Meeting
Held at Station 3. Members conduct department business; the public is welcome to attend.
